My journey to a pain-free life

Since I was a teenager, I've been very prone to tendinitis while doing physical exercises. When I started martial arts about 7 years ago, the plague came back, and about 6 months in, I got tendinitis in both hamstrings. I decided to stop eating gluten to help lower the inflammation. A couple month later, I tried eating pasta and bread and after about 48h, I could feel the heat where my body had weaknesses. It even woke me up at night. A big burst of inflammation... so I stopped gluten completely.
